|Packers | GB struggled with physical play|
Mon, 15 Dec 2014 14:54:08 -0800
The Green Bay Packers were beaten by the Buffalo Bills in Week 15, and the Bills excelled by playing physical with the Packers receivers and disrupting the routes of WRs Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Davante Adams. The Bills had just one sack on Packers QB Aaron Rodgers and three hits, but the lack of blitzing allowed Buffalo's corners to play more aggressively on the outside. "They were physical outside with our receivers and were able to get away with it all day," Rodgers said. "We had some chances, missed on them."
Fantasy Tip: Rodgers' dud likely cost many a chance at a fantasyfootball title. If you're playing at FantasyScore, though, he has an excellent chance to bounce back and get you a win in Week 16 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and their poor defense.

|Packers | Limited status for Davante Adams|
Fri, 28 Nov 2014 11:47:35 -0800
Fantasy Tip: The Patriots' secondary has really been nasty in recent weeks, able to shut down opposing wide receivers with Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner. Expect New England to exhaust most of their attention on Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb, though, which could make Adams ($3,300) a nice sleeper play at FantasyScore.

|Packers | Davante Adams limited|
Thu, 27 Nov 2014 15:48:45 -0800
Fantasy Tip: Adams ($3,300, 6.6% of cap) has just four catches on eight targets over the last three games. However, he could be a nice source of cap relief in FantasyScore contests. Plenty of offense is expected in the game between Green Bay and the New England Patriots.

|Packers | Davante Adams finding his role|
Sat, 25 Oct 2014 20:11:15 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Adams has established himself as the team's No. 3 receiver, and he seems to be earning more looks from Aaron Rodgers. With the Packers set to face the porous secondary of the New Orleans Saints in Week 8, Adams (7% of the cap, $3,500) is worth a look as a high-upside sleeper.

|Packers | Davante Adams drawing praise|
Wed, 08 Oct 2014 20:30:11 -0700
Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams continues to get snaps ahead of WRs Kevin Dorsey and Jeff Janis. He has stepped into the No. 3 receiver role with WR Jarrett Boykin (groin) sidelined, and QB Aaron Rodgers hinted Wednesday, Oct. 8, that there is more to come. "Davante, he's open on film a lot," Rodgers said. "He's run a lot of good routes. He had only one catch last week, but if he stays confident and keeps making plays like he's doing in practice, the ball is going to keep coming his way."
Fantasy Tip: Adams hasn't quite emerged as a fantasy option, but he is worth stashing in deeper leagues if you have the roster flexibility.

|Packers | Davante Adams grabs first TD|
Thu, 02 Oct 2014 20:35:56 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Adams' role within the offense should increase as the year goes on, but in the meantime, the rookie probably won't receive enough looks to be worth gambling on at FantasyScore.

|Packers | Jarrett Boykin inactive|

Fantasy Tip: Davante Adams ($3,900; 7.8% of the cap) is a good bargain bin flex option this week.

|Packers | Jarrett Boykin struggling|
Mon, 22 Sep 2014 08:39:48 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Davante Adams has seven catches for 61 yards in the last two weeks, and he could overtake Boykin for the slot receiver role. Boykin has little fantasy value right now, but Adams could elevate himself into the waiver wire target list. Adams could be a cheap flex option on FantasyScore in the interim.

|Packers | Jarrett Boykin emerging|
Thu, 28 Aug 2014 07:35:24 -0700
Green Bay Packers WR Jarrett Boykin has taken the next step, according to head coach Mike McCarthy. "He's physical, his toughness, he's relentless," McCarthy said. "I think he's exceptional at the top of his route. You see his strength and balance to separate from a DB." Boykin's hold on the No. 3 receiver spot will likely limit WR Davante Adams as the fourth receiver.
Fantasy Tip: Boykin is worth a flier as a WR5 and is worth playing as a flex in good matchups.

|Packers | Davante Adams working to gain trust|
Tue, 19 Aug 2014 20:15:11 -0700
Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams said he is working to gain the trust of QB Aaron Rodgers. "Just making sure that it becomes second nature," Adams said about what he needs to work on most. "Everything out there is just flowing and I don't have to worry about thinking too much and I can just play."
Fantasy Tip: Green Bay's offense is certainly capable of supporting three fantasy-worthy options at receiver, but Adams isn't a lock to overtake Jarrett Boykin for the team's No. 3 receiver job by Week 1. For now, Adams isn't worth drafting, but he is worth keeping an eye on to see how his role progresses during the year.
