Milwaukee Brewers 3B Taylor Green, SS Alex Gonzalez, SS Bobby Crosby and 1B Hunter Morris are expected to work at first base during spring training because of the injuries to 1B Corey Hart (knee) and 1B Mat Gamel (knee). The team has brought 1B Sean Halton to their major league camp from their minor league camp to provide depth.

Milwaukee Brewers 1B Mat Gamel (knee) aggravated his surgically-repaired right knee during the team's first full-squad workout Saturday, Feb. 16. He was held out of baseball activities Sunday, Feb. 17, but manager Ron Roenicke is hopeful that he can resume practicing Monday, Feb. 18. Minor league 1B Sean Halton was brought in to cover drills due to Gamel's absence and could remain in big league camp for a few days.
