University of Minnesota QB MarQueis Gray worked out at quarterback, wide receiver and tight end at his Pro Day Monday, March 4. He said he will play any position he is asked in the NFL but would prefer to play quarterback.

University of Minnesota QB MarQueis Gray (ankle) said he has been running slower than usual because of a left ankle injury. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.67 seconds at his Pro Day, which was faster than the 4.73 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine. He said he believes he can run the 40-yard dash in the 4.5-second range when he is healthy.

Minnesota QB MarQueis Gray posted an official time of 4.73 seconds in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine Sunday, Feb. 24. Gray also managed a 30-inch vertical leap and 9-foot-3 distance in the broad jump.
