Toronto Blue Jays OF Chris Colabello is starting in right field and batting sixth against the Baltimore Orioles Monday, May 11.
Fantasy Tip: Since being recalled, Colabello is 10-for-18 with five runs, a home run, four RBI and a stolen base over five games. He also flashed high-end fantasy upside early in 2014 only to fizzle away. Enjoy the fleeting production from Colabello but don't bank on it sustaining.

Toronto Blue Jays 1B Chris Colabello made the start in left field Wednesday, May 6, against the New York Yankees. He finished 4-for-4 with a double, two run scored, an RBI and a stolen base.
Fantasy Tip: Colabello's problem has never been about offense, he is just subpar when it comes to defense. He could be a solid short-term FantasyScore addition if he continues to draw at-bats.

Toronto Blue Jays OF Chris Colabello is seventh in the lineup Tuesday, May 5, against the New York Yankees. His contract was selected from Triple-A Buffalo.
Fantasy Tip: Colabello got off to a red-hot start in 2014 with the Minnesota Twins and then dramatically cooled off to the point where he was demoted. He's starting this game, but his fantasy value is minimal at the moment.

Toronto Blue Jays OFs Ezequiel Carrera, Chris Dickerson and Andy Dirks (back), 1B Chris Colabello and 3B Danny Valencia are expected to compete for the vacant left field job during spring training. Driks will continue to rehab a back injury and is not expected to resume baseball activity for the next seven to 10 days, according to general manager Alex Anthopoulos, and manager John Gibbons does not expect Dirks to be able to adequately compete for the position due to his injury.
Fantasy Tip: This is a position battle to monitor, but the winner won't be a viable option in the majority of mixed leagues. In the long term, Dirks projects as the best fantasy option, but he'll have to prove his health and earn playing time first. Continue to check back for updates on who is the front-runner for the left field job.
