Oakland Raiders TE David Ausberry was the leading tight end in the offseason workouts, according to ESPN.com's Paul Gutierrez. Ausberry is fully recovered from the shoulder injury, which cost him the 2013 season, and he will compete with TE Mychal Rivera for targets.
Fantasy Tip: At best, Ausberry and Rivera are late-round fliers as a TE2. Unless one of them separates themselves from the other in training camp, they should go undrafted in standard leagues.

Oakland Raiders TEs David Ausberry and Mychal Rivera have been working with the first-team offense during minicamp and both players have nice pass-catching abilities. However, neither player is much of a blocker, and the team is still looking for a blocking tight end to stand out on the roster.
Fantasy Tip: As of now, Rivera should likely be penciled in as the team's No. 1 tight end by default, but a lot can change during training camp, especially if Ausberry makes strides in the blocking department. Rivera could be a sleeper pick as a low-end TE2.
