Green Bay Packers LBs Brad Jones (quadriceps) and Andy Mulumba (knee) have been ruled out for Week 3 against the Detroit Lions. OT Bryan Bulaga (knee) and CB Casey Hayward (gluteus) are questionable, while FS Micah Hyde (knee) is probable. Jones and Mulumba didn't practice Friday, Sept. 19. Bulaga and Hayward were limited, while Hyde practiced in full.

CB Casey Hayward played in the slot in nickel packages, and S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix played free safety when Hyde moved to corner in certain nickel and dime packages.

"He can play safety," Whitt, the team's cornerbacks coach, said Friday. "Because he can tackle. He's really smart. He has range."

Green Bay Packers OT Don Barclay (knee), CB Casey Hayward (hamstring), CB James Nixon (abdomen), LB Nick Perry (ankle, foot) and QB Aaron Rodgers (collarbone) did not practice Friday, Nov. 22, and each has been ruled out for the Week 12 game against the Minnesota Vikings. CB Micah Hyde (groin), DT Johnny Jolly (groin) and CB Sam Shields (hamstring) each did not practice. Hyde is probable, Jolly is doubtful and Shields is questionable. OG Evan Dietrich-Smith (knee), LB Mike Neal (abdomen) and DT Ryan Pickett (knee) were each limited participants in practice, and each is listed as probable. LBs Clay Matthews (thumb) and Andy Mulumba (ankle) were both full participants, and are considered probable.
