The Minnesota Vikings signed DT Everett Dawkins, LB Gerald Hodges and LB Michael Mauti Tuesday, May 14. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Minnesota Vikings LB Michael Mauti (knee) said his goal is to participate once training camp begins. He has been able to do some sprinting and light agility drills this offseason. He will not be able to participate in any offseason workouts because of his rehab.

Minnesota Vikings head coach Leslie Frazier said the team will wait until after their rookie minicamp to decide who will line up at middle linebacker with the starting defense once offseason workouts begin. Frazier mentioned LBs Erin Henderson, Audie Cole, Tyrone McKenzie and Michael Mauti as possibilities for the job.
