Cowboys | Terrance Williams limited

Wed, 10 Sep 2014 13:18:47 -0700

Dallas Cowboys WR Terrance Williams (back) was limited in practice Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Fantasy Tip: Williams said earlier this week that his bruised back won't slow him down at all heading into Week 2 against the Tennessee Titans. He had four catches (seven targets) for 50 yards and a touchdown in Week 1 against the San Francisco 49ers. He could have a nice return on his $5,100 FantasyScore investment this week.

Cowboys | Injury won't slow Terrance Williams

Mon, 08 Sep 2014 13:25:25 -0700

Dallas Cowboys WR Terrance Williams (back) was targeted a team-high seven times in the team's Week 1 loss against the San Francisco 49ers, and he caught five passes for 50 yards and a touchdown. Williams bruised his back trying to make a catch in practice last week. "I'm not going to let (my back) slow me down," Williams said. "I have a lot of guys depending on me. You just don't want to let anyone down. I don't want to let something minor, or something I can run through and play with the pain, keep me out."

Cowboys | Terrance Williams will be fine

Fri, 05 Sep 2014 14:05:43 -0700

Dallas Cowboys WR Terrance Williams (back) was limited in practice Friday, Sept. 5, and he is questionable for Week 1 against the San Francisco 49ers. Williams said he'll be fine to play against the Niners Sunday, Sept. 7, however. He bruised his back when he fell hard in practice Thursday, Sept. 4.

Fantasy Tip: Williams has a great opportunity to put up WR2 numbers this year across from Dez Bryant in this pass-happy offense. In Week 1, Williams is an intriguing option at FantasyScore at a price of $5,100 (10.2% of salary cap).

Thu, 04 Sep 2014 13:44:53 -0700

Dallas Cowboys WR Terrance Williams (back) did not practice Thursday, Sept. 4, due to a back bruise. Williams is still expected to play this week.

Fantasy Tip: Williams could provide nice value on FantasyScore at $5,100. The Cowboys will probably be forced to pass frequently in order to keep up with the San Francisco 49ers and Williams is their No. 2 receiver this year.

Cowboys | Terrance Williams has No. 2 job locked down

Tue, 12 Aug 2014 15:55:39 -0700

Dallas Cowboys WR Terrance Williams has done everything asked of him in training camp as the No. 2 wide receiver opposite WR Dez Bryant. The No. 3 receiver position seems to be a committee with WR Cole Beasley as the leader among TE Gavin Escobar and WRs Dwayne Harris and Devin Street.

Fantasy Tip: Williams is a big-play threat, much like Bryant, in an offense that should see him gain a sizeable increase in targets. This could be a breakout year for Williams, and he'll surely have weeks where he could carry a lineup.
