Cincinnati Reds OF Billy Hamilton was reassigned to minor league camp Tuesday, March 19, after having just four hits in 23 spring at-bats. He did have three stolen bases after reaching base six times, though. P Drew Hayes was also sent to the minors Tuesday.

Fantasy Tip: While Hamilton's speed is already elite compared to his major league counterparts, his stick needs plenty of work and seasoning in the minors if he's to become an everyday outfielder and potential leadoff man. If you're speculating on a midseason call-up, be prepared to have Hamilton eat away at a bench spot in mixed universes.

The Cincinnati Reds announced their non-roster invites to spring training Monday, Jan. 14. They include Ps Nick Christiani, Wilkin De La Rosa, Justin Freeman, Drew Hayes and Chad Rogers, Cs Nevin Ashley, Tucker Barnhart and Corky Miller, INFs Emmanuel Burriss, Cesar Izturis and Kris Negron and OFs Billy Hamilton, Ryan LaMarre, Denis Phipps and Derrick Robinson.
