Dolphins | Kenny Stills back on the field

Tue, 13 Jun 2017 17:39:31 -0700

Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills (undisclosed) participated in practice Tuesday, June 13. Stills missed the last two organized team activities because of a minor injury.

Fantasy Tip: Stills should receive a solid amount of playing time in 2017 after posting 726 yards and nine touchdowns this past season. Owners in most leagues should consider Stills as a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver.

Wed, 08 Mar 2017 17:07:21 -0800

Miami Dolphins impending free-agent WR Kenny Stills has agreed to terms with the Dolphins Wednesday, March 8, according to sources. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Fantasy Tip: Stills was a solid part of the Dolphins' passing game this past season and should have a similar role in 2017. He is coming off a nine-touchdown season in 2016 and will continue to be a deep threat for Miami. Owners in most fantasy leagues should consider Stills a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver.

Dolphins | Miami makes offer to Kenny Stills

Wed, 08 Mar 2017 12:50:36 -0800

Miami Dolphins impending free-agent WR Kenny Stills has received an offer from the Dolphins worth around $8 million per season.

Fantasy Tip: Stills probably will test the free-agent market to see if he can receive a better offer from a team. He recorded 726 yards and nine touchdowns in 2016 and should have a solid role in a team's offense next season. He can be a No. 3 or No. 4 receiver in fantasy leagues depending on the team.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills not expected to return

Sat, 04 Mar 2017 10:38:57 -0800

Impending free-agent WR Kenny Stills (Dolphins) may command $10 to $12 million per season in free agency, making it unlikely he will re-sign with the Miami Dolphins.

Fantasy Tip: Despite leaving Miami in touchdown catches last season with nine, Stills isn't going to overtake Jarvis Landry as the top receiver. The Dolphins also probably want to give former first-rounder DeVante Parker every chance to succeed, so breaking the bank for Stills doesn't make a ton of sense. At the moment, the Philadelphia Eagles and Tennessee Titans would seem to be his most likely landing spots.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills unlikely to stay with MIA

Mon, 27 Feb 2017 21:59:57 -0800

Updating a previous item, Miami Dolphins WR Kenny Stills is "more likely to leave via free agency" than remain with the club, according to "multiple NFL sources."

Fantasy Tip: Stills wants big dollars when he becomes a free agent, and probably more than he deserves considering he's yet to post a 1,000-yard campaign in his four-year career. He's been mostly connected to the Eagles, but no matter where he ends up, he'll have to prove himself before owners should even consider him in the WR3/FLEX picture in standard formats.

Dolphins | Kenny Stills' price range set?

Mon, 27 Feb 2017 10:30:22 -0800

Miami Dolphins impending free-agent WR Kenny Stills' free-agent market value is expected to be around $12 million per year, according to the Miami Herald's Armando Salguero. The Dolphins hope to make a strong pitch to Stills this week in an effort to re-sign him, but sources believe Stills will test free agency.

Fantasy Tip: The Philadelphia Eagles have been one of the teams mentioned as a possible suitor for Stills. Stills' game is tailored for standard leagues and he should be viewed as a WR4 in such formats.

Redskins | Kenny Stills an option for Redskins?

Wed, 15 Feb 2017 20:13:21 -0800

Miami Dolphins impending free-agent WR Kenny Stills is a possible replacement for Washington Redskins impending free-agent WR DeSean Jackson, according to The Washington Post's Mark Bullock.

Fantasy Tip: Stills is a deep threat in the same vein as D-Jax. At just 24, though, he is entering the prime of his career and has a chance to become a more reliable contributor after his big-play 2016 showing. We have seen flashes from Stills in New Orleans and Miami, but he was a supporting cast member rather than the focal point. While much remains unsettled, his base value is in the low-end WR3 to No. 4 conversation, with an upside of a midrange WR2.

Dolphins | Possible figures for a Kenny Stills deal

Tue, 07 Feb 2017 13:22:54 -0800

Miami Dolphins impending free-agent WR Kenny Stills could demand a deal in the range of five years, $30 million and $12.5 million guaranteed, according to Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Fantasy Tip: Those figures would put Stills close to the deals that Mohamed Sanu and Travis Benjamin signed with their respective teams last year. Stills is due for a nice payday after scoring a career-high nine touchdowns last season. Even so, he should not be viewed as more than a WR4 in his current situation.
