Minnesota Twins SS Danny Santana is batting leadoff Tuesday, May 19, against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Fantasy Tip: Santana ($2,900, 5.8% of cap) had been batting in the bottom third of the order, sometimes as low as ninth, but his bat is warming up again. Santana is hitting .286 with two stolen bases in the past week, so the team wants a leadoff hitter with speed and average. Santana is worth the lower price. It appears the Twins bumped everyone down in the lineup, with leadoff hitter Brian Dozier hitting second and home-run threat Torii Hunter in the fifth spot.

Minnesota Twins DH Kennys Vargas is not in the starting lineup Saturday, May 16. SS Danny Santana will serve as the designated hitter for the Twins.
Fantasy Tip: Vargas ($3,400, 6.8% of cap) likely is receiving a day off and should return to the lineup soon. Santana ($2,900, 5.8% of cap) has posted decent numbers at the plate this season, but owners on FantasyScore should be able to find better options to use.

Minnesota Twins SS Danny Santana is not in the starting lineup Sunday, April 19.
Fantasy Tip: Santana ($3,100, 6.2% of cap) should return to the lineup when the team plays their next game. Eduardo Escobar ($1,600, 3.2% of cap) will start at shortstop but probably should not be a starting option on FantasyScore.

Minnesota Twins SS Danny Santana is not in the starting lineup against Chicago White Sox SP Hector Noesi Friday, April 10. SS Eduardo Escobar is starting in his place at shortstop and hitting second in the lineup.
Fantasy Tip: Escobar ($1,600, 3.2% of cap) is offensively challenged, but he has a decent matchup and can save you a bunch of loot at FantasyScore. Just don't expect much from him at the plate.

Minnesota Twins SS Danny Santana, 2B Brian Dozier and 1B Joe Mauer will bat first through third in the order, respectively, according to manager Paul Molitor. Molitor noted the rest of the lineup will change based on matchups.
Fantasy Tip: FantasyScore players will want to note the Twins scored the sixth most runs in baseball last season, and their lineup might be underrated. Against weak pitchers, stacking a few Twins is a sound strategy, especially with Santana ($4,500, 9.0% of cap), Dozier ($5,700, 11.4% of cap) and Mauer ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) carrying mid-range prices.
