NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and NFLPA executive director Gene Upshaw will meet Thursday, Sept. 21 to discuss potential changes and new initiatives in the league's testing policy. C Justin Hartwig was one player that believed blood testing is too invasive. "Sticking a needle into somebody, I don't think we should have to be subjected to that whenever they want to - which is basically what would happen. I don't think anybody likes giving blood.
