St. Louis Cardinals 1B Alan Ahmady and San Francisco Giants C Leonardo Rojas were both suspended 50 games each Thursday, Sept. 6, for violating the minor league drug policy. Ahmady was suspended for his second violation for a drug of abuse. He was playing with Single-A Palm Beach. Rojas tested positive for metabolites of Nandrolone while playing in the Arizona Rookie League.
