Phillies | Not aiming to demote Domonic Brown

Fri, 30 May 2014 06:40:25 -0700

Philadelphia Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. is not considering demoting OF Domonic Brown to Triple-A Lehigh Valley. "Not at this stage," Amaro said. "We have to get Dom right here before we start thinking about that stuff."

Fantasy Tip: Meanwhile, Darin Ruf is aching for more playing time. He should be a pickup in NL-only and some deep-mixed games. Brown, on the other hand, is hard to justify putting into lineups. If you can buy him low and park him with your reserves, though, he might pay off down the road.
