Baltimore Orioles SP Tyler Wilson will start Game 1 of the team's doubleheader Thursday, May 28, while SP Mike Wright will receive the nod in Game 2.
Fantasy Tip: Wright ($3,800, 7.6% of cap) won't be available at FantasyScore tomorrow for the second game. Wilson will be as cheap as pitchers come tomorrow against the Chicago White Sox, but you should look to avoid him. Wilson was 2-4 with a 3.29 ERA and 32 strikeouts in 41 innings (eight starts) for Class AAA Norfolk this year.

Baltimore Orioles SP Mike Wright allowed three hits but zero runs through seven scoreless innings Saturday, May 23, against the Miami Marlins. Wright is yet to allow a run through the first 14 innings of his starting career. It is the longest streak by an Orioles pitcher since David Ford started with 15 scoreless innings in 1978, according to STATS.
Fantasy Tip: Wright ($4,100, 8.2% of cap) is next scheduled for Friday, May 29, against the Tampa Bay Rays. Wright should be highly used in GPP tournaments with a favorable opponent.

Baltimore Orioles SP Bud Norris (illness), who has been diagnosed with bronchitis, could land on the disabled list. He hasn't pitched since May 10, and a temporary move to the bullpen isn't likely. Norris has lost weight and needs to build up his strength and endurance before he pitches again. SP Mike Wright would likely remain in the starting rotation in Norris' spot if he lands on the DL. Norris may need to make a rehab start or two in the minor leagues before he returns to the rotation.
Fantasy Tip: Wright pitched great in his major league debut and picked up the victory against the light-hitting Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He'll remain a very cheap starting pitching commodity at FantasyScore, but you should treat him like a rookie and be hesitant to rely on him, depending on the matchup.

Baltimore Orioles SP Mike Wright allowed four hits and no runs while striking out six in 7 1/3 innings against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in his major league debut Sunday, May 17.
Fantasy Tip: Injuries forced Wright into the rotation, and it remains to be seen if he will earn any future starts. However, he showed in his debut that he could have value as a spot starter at FantasyScore if he is called upon.

Baltimore Orioles SP Mike Wright is likely to make his major league debut against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim Sunday, May 17, in place of SP Bud Norris (illness) and SP Chris Tillman (back).
Fantasy Tip: Wright has been solid at Class AAA Norfolk (Va.) this year, posting a 2.64 ERA and striking out 30 in 30 innings. He is worth keeping an eye on in his debut, but he is too risky to use as a spot starter.

Baltimore Orioles SP Mike Wright has a 6.15 ERA and just one win on the season with Triple-A Norfolk. Wright is allowing opposing batters to hit .346 against him, and he has given up three or more runs in nine of his last 10 starts.
