Updating a previous report, Cleveland Browns impending free-agent C Alex Mack has a lot of questions about the future direction of the team, according to his agent. Negotiations will not resume until Mack gets them answered in face-to-face meetings when he returns from Brazil, where he conducted football clinics with TEs Gary Barnidge, Jordan Cameron, LB Barkevious Mingo and CB Johnson Bademosi.

FS Jamoris Slaughter (Achilles') is coming off surgery for his Achilles', and he is hopeful of being ready for training camp. He might also be in the mix when healthy.

Cleveland Browns CB Johnson Bademosi said he is fine with working at safety but understands that he will have to learn how to play the position. "Anyway I can help the team I'm willing to," Bademosi said. "I've heard the more you can do in this league, the longer you'll play in this league. Whether it's long snapper, corner, safety, Wildcat quarterback, I'm willing to do it. I'm willing to learn."

Cleveland Browns CB Johnson Bademosi moved from cornerback to free safety during organized team activities (OTAs) this week, and he worked with the second-team defense. "He is aggressive, good tackler and he goes 100 mph on that," head coach Rob Chudzinski said. "We felt like from an athletic and physical standpoint, that it would be worth trying to look at him at safety."
