Carr is expected to hold a workout with the receivers before training camp starts.
Fantasy Tip: It is not known what Streater's role in the offense will be this season, but he could be a part of the passing game. Owners probably could pass on Streater during drafts and pick him up on the waiver wire if he produces for the Raiders.

Oakland Raiders WR Rod Streater (foot) appears to be back from a foot injury which curtailed his 2014 season, and his explosiveness was back in minicamp.

Fantasy Tip: Butler's biggest competition for the No. 5 receiver job, and a potential job, is Little and Noel Grigsby. Even if he would crack the 53-man, his fantasy value is still negligible.

Fantasy Tip: It appears Streater is on his way to becoming the Raiders' top receiver and could be a big factor in the team's passing game. Owners should see Streater as a No. 4 fantasy wide receiver entering drafts, but he has the chance to perform like a solid No. 3 receiver if he does become the go-to receiver.

WR Derek Hagan had one grab for 19 yards, WR Rod Streater had two snares for 16 yards and WR Denarius Moore was limited to three catches for 12 yards.
Fantasy Tip: If Palmer is unable to go in Week 17, it appears Leinart would get the start against the San Diego Chargers. If so, none of the Oakland wide receivers are worth using for fantasy purposes in those leagues yet to decide their champion.
