Oakland Raiders WR Denarius Moore (shoulder) has been ruled out for the team's Week 12 game.

Fantasy Tip: Rod Streater and Andre Holmes may be the team's starting wide receivers this week but neither likely will be more than weak flex options for owners. The team may also get their tight ends more involved in the passing game but it is uncertain which tight end would receive more targets.

Oakland Raiders S Tyvon Branch (ankle), WR Juron Criner (shoulder), PK Sebastian Janikowski (rib), LB Kaluka Maiava (rib), OT Matt McCants (toe) and OT Tony Pashos (hip) all did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 6. OG Andre Gurode (quadriceps) and WR Andre Holmes (hamstring) were limited in practice. CB Tracy Porter (shoulder) and WR Rod Streater (hip) both fully participated in practice.

Oakland Raiders WR Rod Streater (head) left the preseason game in the third quarter of the preseason game against the Chicago Bears after taking a shoulder to the head after making a nice reception. He was able to get up under his own power, but immediately headed to the locker room.

Oakland Raiders WR Rod Streater has been very consistent during practices and could become the go-to receiver in the passing game this season because the team he likely will be able to catch passes.

Fantasy Tip: It appears Streater is on his way to becoming the Raiders' top receiver and could be a big factor in the team's passing game. Owners should see Streater as a No. 4 fantasy wide receiver entering drafts, but he has the chance to perform like a solid No. 3 receiver if he does become the go-to receiver.
