Fantasy Tip: Dixon rushed for 35 yards in the game, while Brown rushed for 14 yards, but he also caught seven passes for 57 yards. Fred Jackson is expected to return in Week 12 and may receive a majority of the work. Jackson probably will have the most fantasy value in Week 12.

Buffalo Bills RB Bryce Brown will get the start at running back Thursday, Nov. 13, with RB Fred Jackson (groin) out.
Fantasy Tip: Brown is a relatively cheap option at $4,000 on FantasyScore, though the matchup with the Miami Dolphins isn't the most favorable and Anthony Dixon will also be getting repetitions.

Buffalo Bills RB Anthony Dixon is working with the starters in practice Wednesday, Oct. 22. RB Bryce Brown is working with the second-string offense.

Wed, 22 Oct 2014 07:26:17 -0700
The Buffalo Bills love RB Anthony Dixon, and he's likely to lead the way at running back over RB Bryce Brown.
Fantasy Tip: Dixon ($3,600; 7.2% of your cap) is a great flex option on FantasyScore that will allow you to load up on other positions. Brown ($3,400; 6.8%) isn't worth using this weekend without a concrete role.

Buffalo Bills RB Bryce Brown was inactive for the seventh time this season in Week 7 against the Minnesota Vikings. However, with injuries to RBs Fred Jackson (groin) and C.J. Spiller (collarbone), head coach Doug Marrone said Sunday, Oct. 19, that he would "have no problem bringing up Bryce."
Fantasy Tip: Brown is worth keeping an eye on. He had some success in the past in a stop in Philadelphia, and he could see touches behind Anthony Dixon going forward if Spiller and Jackson miss time.

Thu, 16 Oct 2014 13:44:02 -0700
Buffalo Bills RB Bryce Brown expected to be used a lot more than he has been when he was traded to the team in the offseason, and head coach Doug Marrone has no urgency to get him on the field anytime soon. "He's here for a while. I'm not concerned about (getting him on the field soon)," Marrone said. Brown remains on the scout team in practice.
Fantasy Tip: Despite this news, keep Brown on your radar in deeper leagues. C.J. Spiller played a season-low 12 snaps last week, and he could be on the trade block very soon. If Spiller is dealt, Brown should see a large increase in playing time.

Buffalo Bills RB Bryce Brown was praised by head coach Doug Marrone, who said he thought he could be a starter in the league. Brown had 64 yards on 11 carries in the first preseason game. "I think, in my mind Bryce Brown is a very talented running back that has the potential to start in the NFL," Marrone said. "So I think what happens a lot, when he is in the game I think he is one of the better players on the field. So, his production is not surprising for any one of us."
Fantasy Tip: Brown is fourth on the depth chart, so his fantasy potential is blocked for now. However if C.J. Spiller, Fred Jackson or Anthony Dixon go down, he'll be a must-add.

Buffalo Bills RB Bryce Brown has routinely reached the second level when running the ball in camp, according to ESPN.com's Mike Rodak.

Mon, 14 Jul 2014 17:35:54 -0700
Buffalo Bills RB Bryce Brown could see around 50 touches this season, according to ESPN.com's Mike Rodak.
Fantasy Tip: Brown will have minimal fantasy value if he only receives 50 touches, but given C.J. Spiller's injury history and Fred Jackson's age, it wouldn't be a surprise to see him thrust into a larger role at some point. He is a player to keep tabs on heading into the season.

Fri, 13 Sep 2013 06:48:43 -0700
Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy wants the team to spread the ball around better on offense. "I didn't mind it Monday night," McCoy said. "I think we can do a better job rotating because it's a long season. I don't think I need to have the ball 31, 32 times in a game for us to be a successful offense. We have too many different weapons. I think the running backs we have here can definitely play. Bryce Brown showed you last year he's definitely a talented back. So I think we have to do a better job of monitoring the reps."

Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy said he expects to have a very productive season in head coach Chip Kelly's offense in 2013. "We have tons of different sets with different backs. You run so much," McCoy said. "There are so many different fast-paced movements from motioning out, from running routes and things like that. It's so open. You're trying to get guys in the open field. This is a good offense." McCoy said he expects RBs Bryce Brown and Chris Polk to receive playing time because of the type of offense the team will use.
Fantasy Tip: McCoy had a disappointing 2012 season with only five total touchdowns but did miss four games because of a concussion. McCoy has proven to be one of the top fantasy running backs in the NFL and likely will be a No. 1 running back this season.

Wed, 20 Feb 2013 06:15:07 -0800
Philadelphia Eagles RB Bryce Brown put the ball on the ground four times, or once every 28.8 carries, during the 2012 season. Brown is expected to see more playing time in new head coach Chip Kelly's offense, as long as he can take care of the football. "I look at running backs that run with that style, look at the Adrian Petersons, early in their career, how many times he fumbled," running backs coach Duce Staley said. "Not comparing the two, but I look at guys that once they're in a hole, or once they're around a crowd, you've got to have that awareness. Guys are around, guys poking at the ball, it's their job. Bryce understands that. And I was able to show him some things on film that is going to help him. And (we'll) definitely do drills. We're going to do that all day, every day."

"He'll work in as a starter and then Bryce has some valuable experience that he's gained over the last few weeks, so we'll get him in there." McCoy said he felt a bit rusty while practicing Wednesday, Dec. 19.

Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy (concussion) will start in the team's Week 16 game. RB Bryce Brown will rotate in with McCoy.
Fantasy Tip: Owners will be happy to have McCoy back in their lineups. He does not have a favorable matchup, however, as the Redskins have yielded just under 96 yards rushing per contest. Bryce Brown will also see time on a rotational basis, which could hurt McCoy's value.
Mon, 17 Dec 2012 11:50:07 -0800
Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid said RB Bryce Brown will continue to see playing time even if RB LeSean McCoy (concussion) returns for the final two games of the season. "He needs to play. That's why I haven't sat him down because of the fumbles," Reid said of Brown, responsible for four turnovers in four starts. "I felt like he did miss a lot, he missed a lot of football. The thing he needs most is to be out there and playing and learning the game. He's wired the right way. This is a kid who doesn't want to make mistakes and drop the ball and that stuff. He's a responsible kid."
