Minnesota Twins Ps Yeison Florentino and Ezequiel Zarzuela were suspended 50 games for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs. Florentino tested positive for metabolites of Nandrolone and Zarzuela tested positive for metabolites of Stanozolol.
