The Carolina Panthers have signed undrafted free-agent DE Craig Roh (Michigan), S Robert Lester (Alabama), QB Colby Cameron (Louisiana Tech), TE Taylor Cook (Rice), FB Michael Zordich (Penn State), OG Tori Mobley (Jacksonville State), WR Trey Diller (Sam Houston State), DE Bryan Jean-Pierre (William & Mary), OT Jesse Peterson (Wheaton), LS Tyler Morgan (Georgia Tech), DE Wes Horton (Southern California), PK Morgan Lineberry (Abilene Christian), P Pete Kontodiakos (Colorado State) and FB Eric Breitenstein (Wofford). Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.

Alabama S Robert Lester was underwhelming and played poorly at the Senior Bowl, but Lester told many people he was spent from a long 2012 college season.

Alabama S Robert Lester didn't show the athleticism needed to be effective in pass coverage during the Senior Bowl this week and was upright in his footwork and "stiff in the hips." He struggled when flipping his hips and changing direction and couldn't stay with his man unless he played physical. Lester had a willingness to make hits, but he struggled with adjusting and in consistency. It would be a surprise to see him selected before the fifth round.
