The Cleveland Browns agreed to terms with undrafted college free-agents CB Mike Allen, OL Jake Anderson, OT Matt Cleveland, WR Joshua Cooper, C Garth Gerhart, S Tashaun Gipson, DE William X. Green, LB Josh Linum, CB Antuawn Reed, WR Jermaine Saffold, OT J.B. Shugarts and LB Andrew Sweat.
