Dallas Cowboys DE Kyle Wilber said he currently weighs 255 pounds and likely will not look to add any more weight. Wilber said the team wants him to keep his speed and do not think he needs to get any bigger to play defensive end. Wilber played at 243 pounds last season as an outside linebacker.

Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said the team will be moving LB Kyle Wilber to defensive end in the team's 4-3 defensive alignment. "Kyle Wilber is going to start out as a defensive end for us, and one of the things we liked about him coming out as an outside linebacker and what his best trait was as a pass rusher," Garrett said. "We feel like the easiest transition for him will be to put his hand on the ground and be that pass rusher as opposed to the off the ball linebacker. We'll see how he adjusts to it and once we get on the field we'll make that determination going forward."
