Denver Broncos DT Sylvester Williams continued to receive praise, this time from head coach Gary Kubiak after practice last weekend. Williams added weight at the request of the team and is now 318 pounds. He remains in the middle of the defensive line, but he's no longer asked to hold the line, he's asked to move it in the new 3-4 defensive scheme. Williams failed to stand out in the 4-3 defense last year, and he mainly played on first downs and had 18 total tackles. He'll mainly be asked to stop the run in the Broncos defense.
