Baltimore Ravens RB Bernard Pierce said he hopes to improve next season. Pierce says he feels good, and did not have to undergo any procedures in the offseason. "I'm looking for the same outcome, just a little better," Pierce told The Baltimore Sun. "I feel like I did good for my first year. Next year, I'm going to try to do a lot better. The stats will speak for themselves at the end of the day."

Baltimore Ravens RB Bernard Pierce (knee) has drawn praise from LB Ray Lewis and the coaching staff leading up to Super Bowl XLVI against the San Francisco 49ers. Lewis compared Pierce to former Ravens RB Jamal Lewis. Pierce rushed for 169 yards in three playoff games, averaging 6.3 yards per carry despite a bone bruise in his right knee.

Baltimore Ravens RB Bernard Pierce (knee) is expected to play in the AFC Championship Game even though he is listed as questionable for the game. Pierce could be limited during the game because of the injury.
