Fantasy Tip: Vick and Foles likely will be involved in a competition for the starting quarterback job leading up to the start of the regular season. Vick would be a borderline fantasy starter or a solid backup if he wins the job while Foles would be a weak No. 2 or No. 3 quarterback if he won the job. Matt Barkley could also get involved in the competition at some point.

Fantasy Tip: This selection appears to be curious because Barkley has limited mobility and the team's offense likely will be using a more athletic quarterback under head coach Chip Kelly. The team would have to change the offense if they want Barkley to play, but Barkley likely will not start in the near future. He does not have any fantasy value at this point.
