The Minnesota Twins recalled RP Caleb Thielbar from Triple-A Rochester Monday, May 20, and optioned SP Pedro Hernandez in a corresponding move.

Fantasy Tip: The club's Friday starter is TBA right now, meaning Kyle Gibson could be the option to be called up to make his major league debut. There was speculation last week that Hernandez could be sent down. If you're in an AL-only league, it might be worth the speculative pick-up of Gibson now.

The Minnesota Twins optioned SP Kyle Gibson and P Caleb Thielbar to Triple-A Rochester and reassigned P Anthony Slama, SS James Beresford and C Kyle Knudson to minor league camp.

The Minnesota Twins added Ps Caleb Thielbar, B.J. Hermsen, Michael Tonkin and Kyle Gibson, OF Aaron Hicks, INF Danny Santana and C Josmil Pinto to their 40-man roster Tuesday, Nov. 20, in order to protect them from the Rule 5 Draft. The team also re-signed OF Brian Dinkelman to a minor league deal Tuesday.
