Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said DL Mike McAdoo (Achilles) is still in the team's plans even though he has missed the last two seasons and will also miss this season with an Achilles' tendon injury. "He's not a guy we'll give up on," Harbaugh said. "He's just going to be a project for us. He's going to get another year in the weight room and in the meetings and try to see if he can be a player next year."

Baltimore Ravens DL Mike McAdoo (Achilles') suffered a torn Achilles' tendon during organized team activities (OTAs) Thursday, May 31, and he had surgery Friday, June 1, to repair the damage. He is expected to miss the entire 2012 NFL season.

The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to terms with former North Carolina DL Mike McAdoo. McAdoo went undrafted in the league's supplemental draft, though the Ravens reportedly held interest in him prior to it. McAdoo projects as an outside linebacker in a 3-4 defense.
