The Dallas Cowboys are unlikely to re-sign impending free-agent P Brian Moorman, sticking with P Chris Jones (knee) instead. Moorman was brought in as an injury replacement for Jones, but he is now healthy making it likely Moorman will need to find work elsewhere.

He'll have to wear a brace on his lower left leg to keep the foot stable. If he cannot play in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks, P Chris Jones will be elevated from the practice squad.
