Dallas Cowboys LB Justin Durant said he is pretty comfortable with the 4-3 defensive alignment the team will running this season. "It's a little different from the schemes that I ran before. Just language and different ways of playing certain techniques. I'm getting it pretty good, there are certain principles that I know, I just have to get the minor details that certain coaches want me to do," Durant said. He is expected to compete with LB Alex Albright for one of the starting outside linebacker jobs.

Dallas Cowboys LB Alex Albright (hernia) underwent surgery to repair a sports hernia this offseason. The team hopes Albright can return for offseason workouts in May.
