The St. Louis Rams waived SS Jermale Hines Tuesday, Sept. 27. The team also waived CB Dionte Dinkins (undisclosed) from its Injured Reserve list. Dinkins is not eligible to sign with the practice squad, but Hines is likely to be added to the practice squad if he clears waivers. The team also released TE Ben Guidugli from the practice squad.
