The Cincinnati Reds recalled SP Chad Reineke from Triple-A Louisville to start the game Tuesday, May 31, against the Milwaukee Brewers. P Tom Cochran was optioned to Louisville in a corresponding move.

The Cincinnati Reds have placed SP Sam LeCure (forearm) on the 15-day disabled list with a strained right forearm and recalled P Tom Cochran from the minors in a corresponding move. SP Matt Maloney (oblique) was also transferred to the 60-day DL.
