Pittsburgh Pirates SP Stetson Allie is still in extended spring training after he was slated to begin the season in Low-A West Virginia. Allie has struggled mightily with his command this season. Allie consistently throws in the high 90s and touches 100 mph. "He's all over the place," a source said. "The kid throws so darned hard, but sometimes has no idea where it's going. I mean, no idea."
