Tue, 04 Jun 2013 17:59:33 -0700 The Houston Texans want to have more reliable targets outside of WR Andre Johnson in the receiving game. Last season, WR Lestar Jean hauled in 50 percent of his targets for catches, while WR DeVier Posey (Achilles') racked up catches on 43 percent of his targets. WR Keshawn Martin managed to catch just 36 percent of his targets. Fantasy Tip: Someone will need to step up and replace Kevin Walter, who has since moved on to the Tennessee Titans. He was good for a catch rate of 60 percent of his targets. Jean appears to be the most likely candidate to succeed, as he can be a downfield threat and he had a high catch ratio. Martin also showed glimpses of brilliance, but is still rather raw. Posey is making his way back from a torn Achilles' suffered in January, and his timetable remains uncertain. Right now, only Jean and Martin are worth late-round fliers on Draft Day.

Fri, 26 Apr 2013 10:53:58 -0700 Houston Texans WR DeVier Posey (knee), who tore his left Achilles' in the playoffs last year, will open the season on the Physically Unable to Perform list. Fantasy Tip: This shouldn't come as a surprise that Posey will miss at least six weeks of the 2013 season, which is why the Texans were predicted to take a receiver with their first-round pick in the draft. They did, taking DeAndre Hopkins, and they'll need him to pick up the slack opposite Andre Johnson immediately. Lestar Jean could also factor in, but Hopkins has much more upside and has often been compared to a young Anquan Boldin.
