NFL | Elisha Joseph participates in Pro Day

Temple DL Elisha Joseph measured 6-foot-2, 290 pounds at his Pro Day Friday, March 18, according to NFL.com's Gil Brandt. He ran the 40-yard dash in 5.00 seconds and 5.06 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.81 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.81 seconds. He measured a 28-inch vertical jump, a 8-foot-7 broad jump and completed 43 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
