Fantasy Tip: Baldwin ($3,000, 6.0% of cap) has a nice opportunity to follow up his 100-yard game against San Fran, who are a top-10 matchup for receivers in point-per-reception leagues like FantasyScore. Look to Baldwin as a solid value pick in this one.

Wed, 18 Nov 2015 17:44:10 -0800
Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin (toe) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 18.
Fantasy Tip: Owners will need Baldwin's ($3,000, 6.0% of cap) status during the week to see if he is in any danger of missing the game. He would have a favorable matchup this week against the San Francisco 49ers and could be a solid option on FantasyScore.
Sun, 15 Nov 2015 22:44:47 -0800
Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin hauled in seven receptions for 134 yards and a touchdown in the Week 10 game against the Arizona Cardinals. He was targeted 10 times.
Fantasy Tip: Baldwin's previous best this season was 92 yards back in Week 2, and he had been held to 36 or fewer receiving yards in five of the past six games entering play. Despite the big game he is still not a great FantasyScore option until he starts to produce more consistently.

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin had three receptions for 36 yards and a touchdown in the Week 4 game against the Detroit Lions Monday, Oct. 5. He was targeted four times.
Fantasy Tip: Baldwin ($3,400, 6.8% of cap) continues to be one of the more dependable options in the Seattle offense, and he comes with a cut-rate price. If you're going to start a Seattle receiver in Week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals, Baldwin is your best bet.
Sun, 20 Sep 2015 22:46:30 -0700
Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin posted team highs with seven receptions and 92 yards in the Week 2 game against the Green Bay Packers and he had a touchdown with eight targets.
Fantasy Tip: Baldwin ($3,400, 6.8% of cap) is the most dependable FantasyScore option among the Seattle wideouts. He could be an underpriced value heading into Week 3 against the Chicago Bears, a team which has had its pass defense trampled in two games to date.
Tue, 04 Aug 2015 10:11:12 -0700
Seattle Seahawks WR Chris Matthews is seeing plenty of time with the team's top-end receiver rotation including WRs Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse. Matthews looks to be building off his big performance in the Super Bowl last year. WRs Ricardo Lockette and Tyler Lockett could be fighting for a roster spot. WR Paul Richardson (knee) is on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
Fantasy Tip: Matthews has some real nice big-play ability, and he'll certainly enter the season as a deep fantasy wideout sleeper. The fact that the Seahawks run the ball a lot will make it tough for Matthews to be a consistent contributor unless an injury opens up more looks for him.
Mon, 29 Jun 2015 19:05:17 -0700
Seattle Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett has drawn positive reviews from WR Doug Baldwin, who feels the rookie out of Kansas State is "going to be an impact player for us right off the bat."
Fantasy Tip: Lockett is expected to see plenty of time as a kickoff and punt returner, and his primary position is expected to be in the slot where he will make an impact on offense. He is a nice sleeper as a WR3/4 or flex fantasy option heading into draft day.
Mon, 29 Jun 2015 19:03:17 -0700
Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin said Monday, June 29, that he wants to contribute more on special teams. "I want to help out more so on special teams in terms of on kickoff, punt return blocking, Baldwin said.

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin will likely take over the kickoff duties in the playoffs with WR Paul Richardson (knee) done for the rest of the year.
Fantasy Tip: This won't change Baldwin's fantasy value at all in daily leagues like FantasyScore. However, it might make him a bit more valuable in other playoff formats that include points for players on special teams.
Fri, 07 Nov 2014 14:13:53 -0800
Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin (groin) practiced in full Friday, Nov. 7, and is probable in Week 10 against the New York Giants.
Fantasy Tip: Baldwin will cost you $5,500 at FantasyScore against the Giants. He's the No.1 receiver on the team, but the Seahawks have been struggling offensively of late. New York presents a good opportunity for them to get back on track, though, so Baldwin isn't a bad choice as a flex option.
Thu, 06 Nov 2014 18:55:06 -0800
Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin (groin) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Nov. 6, and could play in the team's Week 10 game Sunday, Nov. 9.
Fantasy Tip: Baldwin is the closest thing to a No. 1 receiver for the Seahawks with Percy Harvin gone, but he has had just one big game in Harvin's absence. There are better options available to owners at FantasyScore in Baldwin's ($5,500, 11.0% of cap) price range.

Tue, 03 Jun 2014 16:51:09 -0700
Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson is impressed with the speed of the team's receiving corps, especially thanks to the addition of WR Paul Richardson, who the team drafted this year. "Yeah, our receivers right now are as fast as it gets. You've got Percy Harvin, Doug Baldwin, Jermaine Kearse is extremely fast too. Then you add Paul Richardson who you saw today went for that deep, deep ball that I threw to him. He's looking exceptional as well. So I think our receiver group is probably one of the faster in the league right now, based on who we have."
Fantasy Tip: Don't be fooled now that Seattle has more wideout depth in 2014; the Seahawks remain a run-first squad. Richardson will have to battle for playing time behind Percy Harvin and Doug Baldwin, and he probably won't have a significant enough role to be worth a draft pick this fall.

Seattle Seahawks WR Percy Harvin (hip) did not practice Wednesday, Oct. 30, and remains day-to-day as for when the team will activate him from the Physically Unable to Perform list. "We want to make sure we don't go too far too fast," head coach Pete Carroll said. "We're looking for the long haul in his recovery. We want to make sure we manage our way through that. We're being very careful. He didn't do a whole lot last week. He did very little. It seems like it's best to keep him in that mode a little longer."
Fantasy Tip: As we've noted countless times, the Seahawks are being ultra-cautious with their most dynamic offensive weapon. They are in the position not to rush him back, either, facing the winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers this weekend. Until he returns, expect Golden Tate and Doug Baldwin to receive more targets. Jermaine Kearse is an option in much deeper leagues.
