University of Oregon LB Kenny Rowe ran the 40-yard dash in 4.86 seconds in both of his attempts at his Pro Day Thursday, March 10, reports Gil Brandt, of NFL.com. He also ran the short shuttle in 4.43 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.32 seconds. He measured a 32 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot-9 broad jump and completed 20 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
