The New York Jets signed free-agent C Kristofer O'Dowd (Cardinals) Tuesday, March 13. O'Dowd was the first true freshman to start at center for Southern California, and he snapped for QB Mark Sanchez in college. He was an undrafted free agent out of college who was in camp with the Arizona Cardinals last year. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Southern California C Kristofer O'Dowd said that his past injuries were freak accidents which happened on the field and they shouldn't affect his draft status. He said he went through the physicals and he has no concern at all.
