Irving needs to show he can consistently shed blockers to receive more playing time, though. Denver showed four-linebacker sets Monday, too, with Irving joining LBs Keith Brooking, Von Miller and Wesley Woodyard.

He measured 32 1/2-inch vertical jump, an 8-foot-11 broad jump and completed 27 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press. Irving worked out in front of linebacker coaches from the Baltimore Ravens, Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
