Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton would not be opposed to seeing another playmaker injected into the team's receiver rotation, whether through the NFL Draft or elsewhere. "I think there's a lot of guys here that were pushing for playing time last year," Dalton said. "But I think if we can get another one, that would be great. We feel we've got a lot of weapons now, but if we can add another skill guy, that would really help us out."

Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton was named The Associated Press Offensive Rookie of the Year Saturday, Feb. 4. Newton received 47 of the possible 50 votes, with Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton receiving the other three. "First, I've got to give all the honor and glory to the man above," Newton said. "I want to also thank my coaching staff, my family, my teammates and (team owner Jerry Richardson) for giving me the opportunity. And my fans - without them, I would not be here."
