Bengals | Efficient night for Andy Dalton

Thu, 29 Sep 2016 20:39:16 -0700

Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton completed 22 of his 31 pass attempts for 296 yards and a touchdown in a 22-7 win over the Miami Dolphins Thursday, Sept. 29.

Fantasy Tip: Dalton is putting up plenty of yards, but he has yet to record a multi-touchdown game. He is a quality QB2 right now, but he could enjoy a nice boost in value if Tyler Eifert's return results in improved results in the red zone.

Bengals | Andy Dalton hobbled after loss

Sun, 18 Sep 2016 19:39:06 -0700

Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton (ankle) was hobbled and limping in the locker room after the Week 2 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers due to an ankle issue.

Fantasy Tip: Dalton has passed for exactly 366 yards with one TD pass in both Week 1 and Week 2, so he would be a huge loss for fantasy owners if he is forced to miss any time. Stay tuned.

Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton completed six of his 10 passes for 77 yards and a touchdown in a 26-21 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday, Aug. 28.

Bengals | Tyler Boyd making big strides

Mon, 01 Aug 2016 20:30:00 -0700

Cincinnati Bengals WR Tyler Boyd has improved dramatically from spring practices to training camp, according to his quarterback. "He's taken a huge jump from OTAs to camp, he's made some tough catches and has been impressive," QB Andy Dalton said Monday, Aug. 1.

Fantasy Tip: Boyd is expected to serve as the starter in the slot, and he is likely in line for plenty of playing time right off the bat. Look to Boyd as a nice late-round WR4/5 or flex play with some upside in most standard fantasy formats.

Bengals | Andy Dalton receives praise

Thu, 16 Jun 2016 15:50:15 -0700

Cincinnati Bengals QB Andy Dalton has been better than advertised so far this offseason, according to WR Brandon LaFell. LaFell noted Dalton's ball placement, accuracy, quick release and command of the huddle as factors that have especially been impressive.

Fantasy Tip: Dalton has put together a nice career so far, but he still leaves something to be desire from a fantasy perspective, mainly more touchdowns. He's comfortably in QB2 territory heading into the 2016 season.
