The Indianapolis Colts are likely to pursue help along the offensive line via free agency, and if they go for an upgrade at left tackle, free-agent OT Jake Long (Dolphins) might be a player that pursue. OT Anthony Castonzo would likely face relocation if that were to happen.

Indianapolis Colts OT Anthony Castonzo (ankle) fully expects to be cleared during physicals Tuesday, July 24, and he expects to report to training camp July 28 ready to practice full-go. Castonzo tore ligaments and a tendon in his left ankle during a game Oct. 3 last season.

Indianapolis Colts OT Anthony Castonzo (ankle), who is still recovering from a severely sprained left ankle back in October, is a leader of a Zumba class in Indianapolis. He is working out just on his right leg, while he used some kind of knee-chair to keep off his left leg. There is still no timetable for when Castonzo will be back to normal, although there isn't a lot of concern at this time.
