Fantasy Tip: Miller might have trouble matching or approaching 18.5 sacks unless he gets significant help in the pass rush to avoid double teams. Still, he remains a very solid IDP option.

Denver Broncos LB Von Miller said he wants to play at 260 to 262 pounds this season in order to help his pass rushing. "As much mass as I can put on but still keep what makes me the player that I am, and that's speed and quickness," Miller said. "As long as I keep that, the more mass that I can put on and keep those guys off me, the better." Miller weighed as much as 255 pounds last season.

Denver Broncos LB Von Miller (shoulder) withdrew from the Pro Bowl due to a shoulder injury, but he said Wednesday, Dec. 30, that he doesn't expect to miss any additional time and he will not require surgery. "I withdrew from the Pro Bowl because of my left shoulder," Miller said. He said the injury is something he has dealt with ever since his first regular season game with the team, although he hasn't missed any game time in two NFL seasons. He plans to rest and rehab the injury during the offseason.

Denver Broncos LB Von Miller said he will not the change the way he plays, despite being fined numerous times for roughing the passer. "I don't think I'll change anything," Miller said. "When you're playing fast, stuff like that happens. None of my (fined) hits were intentional. You try to go out there and play with a fanatical effort and a relentless pursuit to the ball, sometimes things just happen."
