The Detroit Tigers traded SP Armando Galarraga to the Arizona Diamondbacks Monday, Jan. 24, in exchange for Ps Kevin Eichhorn and Ryan Robowski, according to the Detroit Free Press' James Jahnke.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have expressed interest in trading for Detroit Tigers SP Armando Galarraga, according to Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic. The Diamondbacks appear to be in a position to pay his entire salary and would likely bump SP Barry Enright from the starting rotation if Galarraga is acquired. Names have already been exchanged in trade talks, including Diamondbacks minor league P Kevin Eichhorn.
