Kansas City Royals hitting coach Kevin Seitzer, infield coach Eddie Rodriguez, bullpen coach Steve Foster and outfield/baserunning coach Doug Sisson will return for the 2012 season.

The Kansas City Royals have promoted Doug Sisson to the team's baserunning, first base and outfield coach Thursday, Oct. 21, according to The Kansas City Star's Bob Dutton. Sisson spent the last three years as a minor league field coordinator. He will replace Rusty Kuntz on the staff. The rest of the coaching staff will be returning.
