Tamura hit .324 with 27 home runs and 89 RBIs with the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks in Japan this year. He is open to talking with all 30 MLB teams. The Arizona Diamondbacks, Texas Rangers, San Francisco Giants, San Diego Padres and Cleveland Indians have all scouted Tamura.
