Japanese OF Hitoshi Tamura is considering a move to Major League Baseball as a free agent this winter, according to ESPN.com's Jerry Crasnick. Tamura hit .324 with 27 home runs and 89 RBIs with the Fukuoka Softbank Hawks in Japan this year. He is open to talking with all 30 MLB teams. The Arizona Diamondbacks, Texas Rangers, San Francisco Giants, San Diego Padres and Cleveland Indians have all scouted Tamura.
