The team has DE Cornellius Carradine, DL Glenn Dorsey, DL Ray McDonald and DL Justin Smith as locks to make the roster, and DL Ian Williams looking good for a backup job since the team gave him a $1 million contract extension. That leaves Dial, DL Demarcus Dobbs and DL Will Tukuafu battling for jobs.

Haggans and Smith did not practice Friday, Dec. 21, while Gooden and Tukuafu were limited participants.
