Chicago White Sox SP Chris Sale, who is 5-0 with a 1.59 ERA and 52 strikeouts in 45 1/3 innings this year, said the keys to his success are attacking the strike zone and working at a quick pace on the mound. "That's the key, throwing quality strikes instead of quantity of strikes," Sale said. "For me, it's just staying on top of stuff, trying to throw as many strikes as I can and go as deep in the game as I possibly can." Sale has also gone to his changeup more often to neutralize right-handed batters.
