The Cleveland Browns have signed undrafted free-agents PK Leigh Tiffin (Alabama), DL Kwaku Danso (East Carolina), DL Brian Sanford (Temple), DL Martin Tevaseu (Nevada-Las Vegas), DB Matt Harris (Arkansas) and TE Ryan Moya (UCLA), reports Aaron Wilson, of NationalFootballPost.com.
